According to police, they found 50 people drinking, playing cards and using slot machines in the club on Wilson Avenue. More than 400 bottles of beer, wine and brandy were seen.
There was also a full bar and bartender, but police said they could not produce proper records to serve alcohol.
Three Newark men were arrested and charged in connection with the rally. They are 53 year old Jose DaSilva, 61 year old Victor Pereira and 31 year old Byron Barranza.
