EastEnders actors deserve a fair blow for starring in the popular soap, but it turns out that one star committed outright murder outside of Albert Square too.
Old school fans will remember Michael Greco, who played Beppe Di Marco on the show between 1998 and 2002.
But even some die-hard EastEnders addicts will be surprised to hear about the actor’s methods of making money off-screen …

It turns out that in addition to acting, Greco is an avid poker player.
In fact, he’s so excited that, according to Poker-in.com, he’s made more than $ 1,114,297.00 in his career playing poker tournaments alone.
And those are cash games excluded – so he probably did more!
The actor’s participation in 54 poker tournaments makes him the 112th poker player in England, according to the website.
And from Grand Challenge tournaments in Vegas to Poker Circuits here in London, Greco certainly has its fair share of 1st place wins. He once won $ 248,855.00 in a single poker tournament alone.
While acting is Greco’s first love, it seems he doesn’t get a bigger rush than when he plays the game.
He told Poker News, “I was on the stage at the Chicago play in the West End in front of thousands of people in London in front of thousands of people singing with nerves from the first night. The adrenaline rushing through your body isn’t there. ” Comparison different than at a poker table. ”
Greco’s gambling seems to have paid off so far, but you can never predict which direction it will head in.
But when we see him again in Walford, we’ll know!
